Lean Content Presentation

On January 11, 2005, Mark gave a presentation on lean content development to the Eastern Ontario Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication. Several people asked to see the slides so they are available here. One slide has been added to the set shown at the meeting. A lot of the discussion following the meeting centered on the way to choose among the many different lean content development techniques discussed. The secret lies in the concept of evenness: achieving a steady production rate without overburdening people or machines. A slide has been added to cover evenness.
